Our Story
With a 40-strong team 3deluxe practices holistic design across all media and disciplines. Founded in 1992, the team is active in the fascinating world that straddles architecture and design, sports- and pop-culture, and, first and foremost: at the interface between the analog and digital world.
3deluxe unites design professionals from very different areas, who bring their expertise to bear in the fields of architecture & interior design, communications design and brand building. The elaborate projects by 3deluxe have met with international acclaim and received the most prestigious accolades in the creative industry.

Starting from a purpose-driven idea 3deluxe creates charismatic brand identities and holistic communication concepts.
3deluxe brand design supports corporations and institutions on projects extending from initial strategic brand development through the corporate design to successful brand and corporate communication. Based in Wiesbaden, the multi-award-winning design team is managed by Andreas and Stephan Lauhoff.

Where we work
The 40 designers of the different units of 3deluxe work on the beautiful agency campus »Alte Städtische Kliniken« in Wiesbaden. A beautiful old building with high ceilings and light-flooded rooms gives the designers on 2 floors the perfect space for collaborative, creative work.
The campus with different buildings houses several top-class creative agencies and offers all employees opportunities for interdisciplinary exchange - on a communicative green area with urban gardening, beekeeping, bicycle workshop and a healthy campus kitchen.

Our Creative Directors Andreas & Stephan Lauhoff are passionate contributors at events, panel discussions or congresses. They lecture at the Academy of Visual Arts, Frankfurt since more then a decade...
